The CKW granulators are a new series of central granulators from Conair. Using any of three different feed configurations, from open tangential to restricted, they perform equally in blowmolding, extrusion or injection-molding applications.

Robust, Heavy-Duty CKW Series Granulators

CKW Series granulators are seriously hungry machines. Cutting chambers can be set up with different back plates and the bed knives. Down-stroke cut and feed opening can each be fine-tuned to the scrap being processed. And they’re easy to clean and maintain.

Instead of a conventional clamshell design, the new CKW Series has a large swing-open front-panel door with the screen cradle and granulate catch bin attached. With the door open and the power-assisted hopper tilted back, maintenance personnel can make quick work of blade replacement and cleaning.
