Automatic-Transfer Coiler

This unit automatically cuts and transfers tubing from full coil to empty coil, permitting line rates up to 800 ft (244 m) per minute with minimal operator involvement. Collapsible spindles makes it easy to remove finished coils, which can range in size up to 12 inches (300 mm) wide with OD to 24 inches (600 mm). A dancer with ultrasonic loop sensor adjusts winder speed as the coil builds, keeping tension to a minimum.
