Making it possible to accurately add both regrind and color to natural resin, the Dual TrueFeed has two additive hoppers and a metering system that adjusts masterbatch levels if regrind percentage varies.

Dual-Hopper TrueFeed^® Gravimetric Feeder

When the TrueFeed feeder was introduced, it made simple, accurate gravimetric additive metering affordable. Now, with two material bins, the system can control dosing of two ingredients at the same time or one bin can be used to stage a second masterbatch for quick color change. When feeding color and regrind, the control system automatically adjusts colorant rates to match the amount of regrind dispensed. Two components plus natural… gravimetric control and accuracy… this twin feeder could almost be mistaken for a blender!
