MedLine™ Puller/Cutter

Producers of small-diameter plastic medical tubing can rest assured. The MedLine puller/cutter employs servo-drive technology, inline gages and advanced microprocessors to control and validate key process parameters. It can periodically adjust the outside and inside diameters (OD and ID) to expand the tube at a point where, for instance, a catheter would be attached to other medical equipment. Servos also govern the gap between puller rollers to minimize slippage that can affect speed and dimensions. The cutter portion of the MedLine can terminate the tubing at exactly the right place to yield a nearly finished catheter tube.
