TrueBlend™ 250 Blender

This TB250 blender shows off the newest, easy-to-use control system, along with other unusual features and capabilities developed to meet specific customer requirements for automatic – essentially lights-out – operation. The unit incorporates nine individual material hoppers instead of the more common four or six. Color changes are selectable in the new, high-speed touch screen control. As the end of a particular color run nears, the flow of material from that bin is shut off and successive blasts of compressed air sweep the system clean before a new color is blended and conveyed to the press.
