& CONAIR PAID HOLIDAYS: $240.00
per hour TRAVEL EXPENSES: All travel expenses are included in the standard daily rate except Airfare which will be invoiced at actual cost. MINIMUM CHARGES: DAILY RATE SHIPPING COSTS: Any special Conair tools and equipment required to do the job are shipped to and from the customer's plants at the customer's expense. |
