A
new approach to handling customer-service calls
is solving problems more quickly and accurately.
Customers calling Conair with questions about
service or parts will now speak with a highly
trained member of a new customer service team.
These First Call Response Agents are committed
to providing immediate answers and solutions to
customer queries and making sure that the customer
gets fast, accurate and superior service.
When
a Conair customer calls in with a problem or parts
request, the case is directed to one of seven
First Call Response Agents. In many instances,
the agent will be able to resolve the customer’s
problem immediately. In other, more complex situations,
the case is recorded in a central log book before
the call is referred to a specialized technician.
This way, the caller won’t have to re-explain
the issue. The technician simply looks at the
log to find out what has already been done and
determine the next, best course of action. The
database will also be monitored to continually
improve service quality.
